The Hex Bug, Smart Electronic Creepy Crawlers

by Patrick on July 29th, 2007

Insect toys are getting smarter these days. The Hex Bug from Bandai, Japan, is a tiny-weeny battery-operated, six-legged eletronic insect that is smart enough to change route when you clap and avoid obstacles. Available in 5 colours, Blue Bug Charley (Charlie), Pink Bug Echo, Green Bug Bravo, Yellow Bug Delta and Orange Bug Alpha for 1999 yen ($17) each from September onwards.
