Nintendo DS Opera Web Browser Launch on 24th July in Japan
On 24th July, Japanese gamers will get a boost for their Nintendo DS or Lites. The Opera web browser that comes with an extra memory expansion pack will be launched on 24th July in Japan.
The browser can be seen on the two screens and you can utilize the stylus to input the text. This is good news as you don’t need a Nintendo WiFi connector in the future. DS users can just access the hotspots by keying in info via the Opera browser.
Cool as this signifies a gaming handheld is more than just for gaming, you can surf web or make it into a PDA or multimedia device.
The browser will be made available online for 3800 Yen ($33). Most probably, US, Europe and other parts of the world will get the browser before the end of year.
